Raitio Väinö: String quartet, score.

Raitio was above all an orchestra composer. Besides the string quartet, he only has two other large chamber music pieces: a violin sonata and a piano quintet. He also has written a few small pieces for violin and cello, as well as some solo songs, and music for piano and organ.The string quartet is dated 1917 and first performed in Helsinki 1920. The present edition is the second version of the piece.
